Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

As all markers are made to order and are individual to you, we will not refund for change of mind. Your x-ray markers are covered by a 30 day warranty if faulty. This means we are happy to repair, replace or refund a faulty item within a 30 day period from the date of purchase.

This warranty does not cover items that have not been cared for as in our care instructions. Damage incurred by the purchaser in failing to appropriately use and care for the item properly and reasonably will not be covered by this warranty. This warranty does not cover wear and tear, stains, marked, soiled items or degeneration of resin.

Care Instructions

Resin is pretty hard-wearing but to get the best out of your x-ray markers please try to adhere to the following advice. This will keep your pieces looking their best.

Scrapes
Try to avoid bumping and scratching the resin. If your piece has an accident, pop us a photo and we will give you some advice.

Water
Do not submerge or soak your markers in water. Resin is NOT waterproof, only water resistant.

Sunlight
Store your markers out of direct sunlight. Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight can cause the resin to discolour and soften. It can also fade the artwork of our picture markers.

Chemicals
Avoid exposing your markers to harsh chemicals and cleaning products. I have used Clinell wipes on mine a lot during the Covid-19 crisis, without problems. However, some solvents will react with the epoxy and cause it to become scaly, yellow, chip or break down completely.

Returns

I have done my best to ensure that product descriptions are accurate and colours are adequately represented. As these are handmade, there may be slight discrepancies in size, shape, or colours with the products received.

If you still need to return your product, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Refunds will only be given once the goods are returned. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
