All our products are handcrafted and can take up to 14 days to make BEFORE shipping.

Shipping time varies and with the current climate, shipping times cannot be guaranteed.

Approximate Shipping Times:
Australia Post Regular – 5 to 10 business days
Australia Post Registered – 5 to 10  business days
Australia Post Express – Usually next day but up to 5 business days (please note this does not mean express/rush production!)
UK – 10 to 18 business days
US – 9 to 12 business days 

All parcels are sent via Australia Post. 

Shipping within Australia is not tracked unless you pay for registered post. 

Registered post and all overseas post is tracked and you will receive a tracking number as soon as the item is shipped.
